Tim Andrada
Tim embarked on his real estate career in 1999, building a strong foundation of experience in administrative roles across various brokerages. This gave Tim invaluable insights to the inner workings of real estate operations. Tim joined Right at Home Realty’s largest branch in Don Mills as Assistant Manager in 2017 and later as Branch Manager played a pivotal role in opening and growing Right at Home’s Downtown Toronto Branch. His leadership and dedication to fostering a positive work environment were instrumental in the office’s remarkable growth.
In recognition of Tim’s contributions, he has been awarded Right at Home’s Drive Change Manager's Award in 2021 and the Building Community Award in 2024.

Sean Morrison
Sean Morrison is a Real Estate Broker with over 20 years of experience in real estate. He has played significant roles in real estate governance, having served as Vice President on the Realtors Association of Hamilton Burlington (RAHB now merged with Cornerstone) and as the president of the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA). His expertise spans governance, finance, media relations, and government relations, built from nearly two decades of volunteer experience in the profession and the not for profit sectors.
Beyond real estate, he played rugby for 18 years, a sport he is passionate about having played in 3 countries. In his most recent role, he served as the Western Division Manager at Coldwell Banker Momentum Realty, where he combined his leadership skills with his extensive experience to grow the brand and support agents throughout the region.
