With over 13 years of experience in Purchasing and a successful transition into real estate, Rosana combines the ability to make good judgments and quick decisions with a client-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.
After many years in the pharmaceutical industry, Rosana faced a turning point when her company was acquired. Seizing the opportunity to explore new directions, she transitioned into the real estate field, starting as a Front Desk Administrator at Century 21. Over her six years with the company, Rosana quickly advanced—first being promoted to Staff Supervisor and then becoming the Administrative Assistant to a top-producing agent.
Eager to deepen her knowledge of the real estate industry, Rosana explored various roles that expanded her understanding of both client service and back-office operations. This journey led her to Right at Home Realty, where she took on an administrative role as Senior Branch Administrator at the Richmond Hill branch.
