Lynn Moreira
An accomplished entrepreneur, Lynn Moreira has built her career on dedication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. After many years of running her own business ventures, Lynn sought new ways to invest in herself and her future. Inspired by her personal interest in real estate, she attained her Salesperson registration in 2009 and began trading in the GTA, focusing on helping friends and family achieve their real estate goals.
As her young family grew, Lynn looked for a role that would offer greater work–life balance while allowing her to stay connected to the real estate industry she loved. In 2016, she joined Right at Home Realty as a Branch Administrator in Burlington, bringing her organizational expertise and positive energy to help strengthen the branch’s support operations. Her leadership and commitment quickly earned her a promotion to Senior Branch Administrator in 2017.
Continuing to advance her career, Lynn achieved her Broker designation in 2020 and was appointed Assistant Manager of the Burlington Branch the same year. Never one to stand still, she earned the prestigious Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation in 2021 — a reflection of her continued pursuit of excellence and professional development.
Now serving as Managing Broker, Lynn continues to lead with integrity, empathy, and a deep commitment to supporting her agents’ success. She remains passionate about fostering a collaborative, informed, and empowering environment — believing that sharing knowledge and nurturing growth are key to lasting success in an ever-evolving real estate industry.

Over the past eight years as a Realtor and Broker, in addition to building a real estate practice, Andrew has actively hosted workshops, sharing insights on business development to help fellow agents grow their businesses.
